Marc's practice is devoted to Real Estate Transactions, representing buyers, sellers and banks in the purchase, sale and refinance of single and multi-family homes, condominium and cooperative apartments, commercial properties and apartment buildings. Marc handles closings in the five boroughs of New York City, and the counties of Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, Nassau and Suffolk.
Marc offers free consultations and has the knowledge and experience to advise the buyer or seller on all phases of the common real estate transaction, as well as the more complex real estate matter, including but not limited to, short sales, foreclosures and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Marc handles all aspects of the real estate transaction and is always available and accessible throughout the process to answer any and all questions to make sure the client knows what is and will be happening.

Marc was born in the Bronx and was raised in Mahopac, NY. While attending Stony Brook University, Marc determined that a career in law would be his future. After graduating from New York Law School, Marc joined a Brooklyn-based general practice law firm in 2000, where he became a partner within four years. In November 2009, he opened his own firm based in Westchester County, NY.
Marc is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Real Property Law section, and the Westchester County Bar Association and its Real Property Law section. He is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, Dutchess County and Westchester County chapters, and the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.
Marc is often invited to speak before real estate agents on current real estate topics and issues that effect the seller, buyer, lender, or real estate professional.
Marc volunteers as a youth baseball and football coach in his hometown of Mahopac, and has acted as a sponsor for the Larchmont-Mamaroneck Basketball Association.
Marc has been a member of the Town of Carmel Zoning Board of Appeals since 2015.
